Tribunal Office

The Tribunal serves as the judicial branch of the Diocese of Shreveport, assisting the Bishop in matters of canon law. Guided by compassion and justice, the office primarily addresses questions concerning the validity of marriages and other canonical concerns, helping the faithful find clarity and peace in light of the Church’s teaching.

Safe Environment

The Diocese of Shreveport is committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for all God’s people—especially children, youth, and vulnerable adults. Office of Communications

Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources serves the clergy, religious, and lay employees of the Diocese of Shreveport, providing guidance and support to help parishes, schools, and ministries address personnel needs with care and professionalism.

St. Joseph Cemetery

St. Joseph Cemetery is a sacred place of rest for the faithful of the Diocese of Shreveport. Rooted in Catholic tradition, it serves as a visible sign of our hope in the Resurrection and the promise of eternal life. Families and loved ones are invited to find comfort here, knowing that the Church surrounds the deceased with prayer, dignity, and reverence.

Catholic Center

The Diocese of Shreveport Facilities Department at the Catholic Center supported numerous diocesan and community events in 2021, including school programs, retreats, and arts activities like Shreveport Opera auditions. The team looks forward to another active year of service in 2022.
